Azeeza is a PhD student who joined the lab in Fall 2025. Her research sits at the intersection of computer science education, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. She is interested in understanding what Generative AI adds to the toolbox of contemporary developers and how computer science education might adapt in response. Her prior work examined the advantages and limitations of large language models for code clone generation, and her current research designs instructional interventions using structured code comparisons to support learning in introductory computer science for students.
